A multidisciplinary 90 Minute Deep Tissue Massage
Intense therapy using firm pressure to relieve trigger points, deep muscle tension and stress to improve muscle circulation. Slow deep pressure is applied across the muscle grain and combined techniques of gentle mobilization, stretching and pressure point massage to ease and restore function. Great for Athletes and person who have sustained physical injury. Pain relieving ointments may be applied to obtain the best possible outcome. It is also not uncommon for receivers of Deep Tissue Massage to have their pain replaced with a new muscle ache for a day or two to pain management and rehabilitation including orthopedic assessment, testing, trigger point, Swedish and myofascial release techniques.
